Paula Duncan serves as the Business Development Manager for the Florida Black Business Investment Board (FBBIB). Among other duties, her primary responsibilities include providing technical assistance to current and prospective clients, loan portfolio management, lending, and underwriting functions of the Florida Black Business Support Corporation.

Ms. Duncan has been with the FBBIB since January 1990. Before coming to the FBBIB, she worked with the state's Small and Minority Business Advocacy Office and the Financial Aid Office of Florida State University.

Ms. Duncan received her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University.
